Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a Work Placement Manager, who will be responsible for the development and co-ordination of high quality work placement opportunities for learners on 16-19 study programmes. The successful candidate will be required to lead a team of Work Placement Executives, to generate new, high quality placement opportunities, as well as being the key point of contact for employers, whilst they host students on work placements.

Suitable candidates should have 5 GCSEs, grade A* to C, or equivalent, including Maths and English, and hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification. You should have a proven track record of success in leading teams, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, professional practice in sales/recruitment and the ability to lead, manage and motivate others.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
