Warrington & Vale Royal College require a Trainer/Apprentice Coach in AAT to manage, review, coach and train a caseload of learners who are based in the workplace and are currently undertaking Apprenticeships, ensuring that they meet the occupational standards needed, to achieve standards in a timely manner in order to meet the college income.
You will be required to deliver classroom training sessions to AAT Level 3 and Level 4 Apprentices and manage a caseload of candidates, monitoring attendance, achievement, progression and completion.
Suitable candidates should hold recognised assessor and verifier qualifications, or be willing to undertake the training within the next 12 months, and should be qualified to AAT Level 4. Candidates should have 5 GCSEs, grade A* to C, including Maths and English, hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification, and have undertaken Health and Safety training.
You should have a sound track record of working within an accountancy environment and experience of training and assessing competence based programmes.
