Students celebrate outstanding results

Warrington & Vale Royal College students have achieved an incredible 100% pass rate, with 75% of Level 3 students achieving at least one Distinction grade and 98% achieving at least one Merit.

Students are looking forward to taking their next steps, with record numbers progressing onto their first-choice university for further study. Level 3 Health & Social Care students Jade Woods and Mason Dodd will both be heading to Edge Hill University this September to study Psychology & Criminology.

Level 3 Hair & Media Make-up student Leah Powell will be studying Special Make-up Effects for Film and TV at the University of Bolton, pursuing her goal of becoming a successful special effects make-up artist.

Level 3 Art & Design student Molly Horrocks, who achieved a Distinction grade, said: I'm delighted with my results and so pleased I've got into university. I will be studying Photography at Manchester Metropolitan University.

The college‚ Assistant Director Ben Brady was delighted with the fantastic results, saying: We are thrilled with the results our students have achieved and this is testimony to the hard work and dedication they demonstrated whilst studying with us. I wish all of our students the very best of luck for the future.
