MyWVR App Privacy Policy

MyWVR is a mobile application provided by Tribal Group Limited ("the Data Processor") on behalf of Warrington & Vale Royal College ("the Data Controller"). The app enables students and staff to access college information and services, including timetables, Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), college news and information, and staff/student messaging.

To provide these services, the College processes personal data through the app. This may include your name, college email address, course information, timetable data, attendance information, messages sent through the app, device information, and app usage information.

Your personal data is processed only for legitimate educational and administrative. Information is shared only with authorised College staff and approved service providers where necessary to deliver and support the service.

Personal data is retained in accordance with the College's retention schedule.

Under UK data protection law, you have rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to request access to your data, rectification of inaccurate information and, in certain circumstances, erasure or restriction of processing.

Higher Education Transparency Information

The information published on these pages shows the number of students who attained a particular degree or other academic award, or a particular level of such an award, on completion of their course with us. It shows these numbers by reference to:

• the gender of the individuals to which they relate

• their ethnicity

• their socioeconomic background.
