Student Success

Former King’s Leadership Academy student Emily Fairclough has thoroughly enjoyed her Level 3 Sport course and plans to continue her studies at Warrington & Vale Royal College, securing a place on the HNC in Sports Science.

Emily originally had ambitions to become a PE teacher but starting college has broadened her career choices within the sports industry, showing her the many other routes she can choose. Emily now has wider goals of being either a PE teacher, physiotherapist or personal trainer. Emily says the support she receives from her tutors has been fantastic, saying: “All the tutors are really nice and they treat you like adults.”
