Interview advice

Top tips!

  • Research the company
  • Make sure you are smart (even if your interview is in a building site you can make an effort, make sure you clean your boots and have clean clothing)
  • Practice mock interviews with a friends/family or a tutor
  • Prepare questions (At the end of the interview they may ask if you have any questions? Prepare some in advance so you do not feel pressured)
  • Just take a breath, take your time and remember no-one knows you, as well as you do! Below are a list of example questions that you can use to practice.
