Health & Social Care 'The Perfect Carer' Competition

As part of Health & Social Care Takeover Week, Warrington & Vale Royal College are announcing a fun competition for Year 10s and Year 11s across Cheshire and Warrington to get involved with. Our Health & Social Care tutors are asking participants to create a poster seeking the 'perfect carer.' Imagine you are looking for a brilliant carer to look after a member of your family. The family member could be could be an elderly person, a very young person or someone with special needs. The poster needs to include:

• Brief introduction to the person who needs care
• Qualities required from the carer
• Hours you wish to offer
• Environment and conditions ‚Äì where will the care take place

Remember, the carer will be looking after someone close to you, so you are looking for the best! Make your poster bright and eye-catching with pictures and lettering, to attract applicants. Email your completed posters to marketing@wvr.ac.uk by 12pm Wednesday 3rd March. The winner will have their poster put up on our social media pages! Good luck!
