 Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a part time, hourly paid tutor to teach Graphics and Photography.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual who can teach across a range of L1 to L3 Graphic Design and Photography courses and who can deliver to both 16-18 year olds and adult students. You will guide students to achieve excellent results through a variety of teaching and learning strategies. Your skills will be broad and should include:

  • A high level of competence in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
  • An excellent knowledge of the history of art & design, graphic design and photography, art movements, artists and photographers
  • Professional level skills in digital photography

This post offers an opportunity for passionate teachers, with the skills and enthusiasm to motivate students and to work as part of a successful department within the College.

You will be educated to Degree level in Graphic Design, Photography, Art & Design or a related subject and have experience in industry practice. Candidates should ideally also have a recognised teaching qualification. Applicants should possess excellent teamwork and organisational skills.
