We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to proactively lead the innovative practice and effective management of teaching, learning, assessment and quality improvement across the college. Responsible for developing the teaching, learning and assessment strategy that underpins the College’s Strategic Aims and Priorities, the successful candidate will provide leadership and engage with leaders and staff across college to ensure high quality teaching, learning and assessment is delivered and is always informed by best practice.
Supported by a team of Teaching & Learning Managers and Senior Practitioners the post holder will lead collaborative approaches to the monitoring, evaluation and review of teaching, learning and assessment strategy and its implementation throughout college. Additionally, the successful candidate will initiate and support major change projects, develop and embed the Digital strategy and lead on the implementation of effective Equality & Diversity strategies.
Suitable applicants should have comprehensive knowledge and experience of what outstanding teaching, learning and assessment looks like and a proven track record of developing teachers.
