What is the course about?
This qualification is ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing your leadership and management abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

- 341 Leading and Motivating a team
You will be assessed through the medium of written assignments.

Successful completion of this course allows progression onto the ILM Level 3 Certificate or Diploma programme, leading to a level 5 qualification as part of your Leadership and management development.
