Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a Curriculum Manager with a proven track record of success in raising standards and inspiring learning, to lead Foundation Learning programmes.

Dynamic and highly credible, you will have the ability to manage and motivate learners and staff to achieve their potential.  You will lead by example, securing excellent learner progress and achievement. The curriculum will thrive and grow under your leadership and your influence will extend across the college as we work together as one team to achieve our goals.

Foundation provision runs across both full time and part time provision and includes some year 10 and 11 students. The successful candidate will inspire, motivate and lead the Foundation Learning teaching team ensuring excellent outcomes for students. The post is ideal for an individual who would relish the opportunity to play a significant role in supporting the college in its journey to outstanding.

The successful candidate will have a recognised teaching qualification and have extensive experience working with students with multiple and complex needs including, those with SEN, high needs and EHCP’s. You will have experience of working closely with relevant agencies to support individual students’ needs in order to achieve their potential.
